Terms of Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
State of Return
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused.
Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected. Limited edition items, custom products, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Quadfather Golf customer support and provide their order number along with the reason for the return. Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is the result of an error or defective product.
